Tobi Inboden

Senior

Tobi is excited to begin his first year of acting in KTC. He worked as a technician for a year and took tech theatre for his first two years of high school. Tobi helped with props and the sets for Mary Poppins and Little Women. During his junior year he became the sound technician for Night Witches. He is very excited to play his first role on stage in Footloose. Tobi would like to thank his friends for supporting him throughout these experiences.

Rachel Carmichael

Junior

Rachel Carmichael is excited to be in her first musical, Footloose. She has been in KTC for two years–this will be her third year. She has also been in Bridge to Terabithia. Her favorite role that she played would be as Raisa in The Night Witches. She can’t wait to be in theatre this year and, finally, in a musical.

Brylea Longenecker

Junior

Brylea Longenecker has been officially part of KTC for two years. She has worked on set design for Little Women and Cinderella but performed in JV as Polina in Night Witches. Brylea’s latest role is as Betty Blast in Footloose. Being in Theatre has helped Brylea grow as a person and enjoy every second of Theatre. She would like to thank her friends for supporting her along the way.

William Patterson

Junior

William is a Junior and is excited to perform and act after being in Technical Theatre for two years. He is excited to finally be on stage and get to perform his role as Garvin in Footloose. He also manages Kaufman Basketball. William loves Vineyard vines shirts and he wears his crocs religiously.

Kiersten Thomas

Junior

Kiersten is excited to join the Kaufman High School junior varsity theatre team and perform after being in technical theatre for two years. Kiersten is also a part of the Varsity Kaufman Girls basketball team for which she won the Academic All- District award. She also won the student award for the technical theatre class by winning a Just Dance battle. She wants to thank Ms. Glick and Ms.Lamar for giving her the opportunity to be in the musical.

Peyton Smith

Sophomore

This is Peyton’s second year being a part of the Kaufman Theater Company. She has been in the musical Cinderella as ensemble and Serafima in the JV production of Night Witches. She is super excited for her role as Urleen in the musical Footloose! She can’t wait for this upcoming year and all the experience and memories that will come with it. She would like to thank her family for all the support!

Kennedi Rutan

Freshman

Kennedi Rutan has been a part of the Kaufman Theater Company for 2 years now and is also a part of the JV cheerleading team. Last year, she performed in The Book of Everything as Margot, winning an All-Star Cast award for her role. This year she has the honor to be featured in the musical Footloose. She is very excited about her future roles and she is extremely grateful for all of the love and support she has received during her theater journey.

Kaylee Wrenn

Junior

Kaylee is excited to join the Kaufman High School junior varsity theatre team and perform after being in technical theatre for two years. She is also a member of the National Honors Society helping around the community, as well as a member of the varsity basketball team for which she received 1st team all district, academic all district, and defensive player of the year. In 2022 she was student of the year. Kaylee would like to thank Ms.Glick and Ms.Lamar for believing in her and blessing her with the chance to perform.

Sophia Drake

Freshman

Sophia has been with the Kaufman Theater Company for a year now. She received an outstanding evaluation while playing the Racoon in KTC’s Cinderella. Some of her previous performances include Auntie Pie from The Book of Everything, Drake from Annie Kids! and Grandma Georgina in Willy Wonka Kids! She receives awards as a competitive dancer and is very passionate about dance. Sophia is also a part of Kaufman’s Drill and Tennis team. Sophia would like to thank her dog, her parents, and her theater teachers for being so sigma.

Avery Smith
